Kanwal Sahota

Kanwal Sahota is an associate broker on Marcus & Millichap’s Investment Sales team, focusing on commercial properties and development land throughout British Columbia. He has a highly specialized expertise in the acquisition, disposition, and valuation of income-producing investment properties across all asset classes and development sites as well. Kanwal focuses on providing brokerage and advisory services to businesses, private investors, developers, landowners, and users. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Kanwal gained extensive underwriting and valuable industry experience working as a financial analyst for Atelier Capital Partners – a real estate private equity firm with operations in North America, Europe, and Asia. He focused primarily on acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management for its global opportunistic real estate investment vehicle. Kanwal was selected to the Dean’s Honour Roll and graduated from Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
