Kannika has gained a wealth of experience including: M&G Real Estate working in the UK Retail and Leisure Asset Management Team, working on a portfolio of different retail assets in the UK and North America. Kannika's responsibilities include: creating extensive business and strategy plans for each asset, working very closely with property managers, running all leasing transactions, undertaking and completing lease renewals and rent reviews, running complex appraisals for redevelopment and refurbishment projects, marketing and PR as well as putting in place and working up asset management initiatives to drive property performance, valuation and returns. Kannika also has transactional experience CBRE Global Investors; where she worked on core, opportunistic and value add funds several funds, and Lease Consultancy experience within CBRE's Central London department and as a Transaction Manager within Global Corporate Services- where she works on EMEA portfolios for several major occupiers.
