Kami Burnette

Kami Burnette joined Hunter Hotels in July 2023 as a Senior Vice President specializing in institutional investment and private client sales in Texas. Prior to Hunter, Mr. Burnette was a Senior Managing Director for Paramount Lodging Advisors where he led investment sales activities in Texas and Oklahoma. Since 2018, Mr. Burnette has executed over $500MM of hotel transactions across the United States with a primary focus on Texas. Prior to his career in hospitality investment sales, Mr. Burnette was a Sr. Director for Auction.com/Ten-X where he was intimately involved in growing the Private Client Group to over $1+ Billion in Commercial Real Estate transactions from the time he joined the firm in 2012. Mr. Burnette also held a position as Sr. Associate for LNR Partners where he underwrote over $700M of hotel assumptions and worked out 50+ non-performing hotel loans. Mr. Burnette has a unique perspective to advise clients on a variety of matters ranging from distressed valuations to execution methodology. Mr. Burnette is a graduate from Yale University and earned an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill in 2009.
