Kaley Tucker

Kaley joined the firm in 2015 in the Property Management division gaining experience in carrying out the day-to-day functions of managing some of Little Rock’s most premier medical office buildings, office buildings, and retail centers. In 2019, she was promoted to take on the management of the company’s high-rise buildings, most notably, the Simmons Tower. Kaley coordinates the overall management, leasing activities, tenant retention, marketing strategies, construction management, and financial oversight for the 740,000 square foot skyscraper. Kaley leads a team of 12 maintenance technicians, concierge staff and administrative staff in the management of 1.7 million SF of property across central Arkansas. She earned her Real Property Administrator designation in 2021 and was made a shareholder partner in the firm in 2022. Kaley was inducted to the Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XXIX and graduated from the program in 2024.
