Kaitlyn Theriot Schoerner

Kaitlyn Theriot is Director for Franklin Street’s Landlord Services Team in the Atlanta office. In her role, Ms. Theriot uses her expertise in strategic marketing and market analysis to curate tenants whose occupancies maximize the value of a client’s property. A member of the Franklin Street team since 2018, Kaitlyn has worked with a diverse range of properties throughout the Southeast. She has also worked closely with both national and local retail brands, including Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Bealls Outlet, Great Clips and Take 5 Oil Change. Prior to joining Franklin Street, Ms. Theriot interned for renowned fashion designer Veronica Beard. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the states of Georgia and Alabama.
