Kaitlyn Duffie is a Transaction Manager at Newmark’s Houston office and a member of the tenant representation team. Duffie provides client representation services to office and industrial users. Her attention to detail and thorough knowledge of the market provides clients with a seamless execution throughout all phases of the real estate process, including lease, purchase and build to suit transactions. Duffie performs comprehensive needs assessments for client requirements, market research, lease negotiations, site acquisition and disposition, financial analysis and construction process management. Duffie joined Newmark in 2019. She began her commercial real estate career in 2017 at CBRE with one of North America’s highest performing tenant representation teams.
