Kahlil Kenneth Barnard provides transactional, advisory, financial, and research services for his clients with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Company. Mr. Barnard specializes in investment property transactions ranging from Regional Malls, Community Shopping Centers, Retail Strip Centers and the Single Tenant Net Leased Corporate backed leased properties. Kahlil opened the Indianapolis office for its retail division more than 25yrs ago and now serves as a Senior Vice President of Investments as well as a Director of the firm’s National Retail Group, a position he has held since its inception. Mr. Barnard enjoys his life long passion for Real Estate and its related business travel to see and experience retail markets and consumer trends.
