Kacy Jones is an Executive Vice President within CBRE’s Industrial Advisory and Transaction Services group in Dallas. As a member of this group, Mr. Jones is responsible for leasing industrial properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth market, with a focus on the South Dallas sub-market where he oversees a 20 million square foot portfolio. With his diversified experiences and education, Mr. Jones delivers creative marketing and leasing solutions to maximize the value of his clients’ real estate assets. During his 23 years in the commercial real estate industry, he has successfully handled more than 1,000 transactions totaling over 75 million square feet.
