Ka'ala has been with NAI CBI Hawaii since 2015 focusing on Industrial and Investment sales/leasing. Prior to joining CBI, Ka'ala owned and operated a travel business for 15 years in Honolulu. This experience provided an invaluable education for transitioning into commercial real estate as he negotiated leases and bought and sold real estate as a small business owner. Ka'ala understands the needs that business owners have while providing exceptional customer service. Born and raised in Honolulu and having graduated from the University of Washington, Ka'ala understands the needs of both local and mainland clients.
