Jyl DeHaven is Colliers’ northern New Mexico expert, experienced in a wide range of commercial real estate products, including office, retail, research space, multifamily, hospitality, and land. A passionate broker with over 30 years of experience, Jyl understands the intricacies of public, private, nonprofit, and academic partnerships in real estate development and has helped navigate her clients through complex real estate transactions. Additionally, Jyl specializes in sustainability, urban planning, and workforce development, enabling her to provide both tenants and landlords with the information they need to make informed decisions. Jyl has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Science degree from the Texas Woman’s University. Jyl holds a LEAN Six Sigma Fundamentals Certification, a Circular Economics Certificate from Cambridge University, and has completed all Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) class work.
