Justin Sieczkowski

As an associate vice president with Colliers, Justin Sieczkowski specializes in the sale and lease of industrial facilities; land sales to developers and users; build-to-suit facilities for sale or lease; and the sale of single and multi-tenant industrial facilities (investment properties). He is a member of the top-producing industrial team of Paul Sieczkowski, senior executive vice president, who has over 36 years of experience in the Phoenix area; and Mallory Wayne, associate. Throughout the property marketing, negotiation and transaction process, Justin facilitates sales and leases that are beneficial to the team’s clients. He focuses on helping clients achieve their commercial real estate objectives, monitoring current market conditions, and keeping clients fully informed about trends that impact their real estate decisions.
