Justin Schad, CCIM

Justin Schad, CCIM has specialized in retail real estate for over 20 years. He focuses on representing national and regional box, freestanding and shop tenants for site selection, market strategy and dispositions. In addition, Justin works with investors, developers and owners on acquisitions, investment sales and land assemblage. Justin has significant lease and purchase/sale transaction experience across retail, land, health care and mixed-use product types. Prior to joining The Shopping Center Group, Justin was Principal Broker for Tennessee with TRIO Commercial Property Group. He has obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute and is an active volunteer for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), most recently serving as Chairman of the 2019 TN/KY Idea Exchange.
