Justin Ross

Justin joined Lee & Associates in 2019 and specializes in retail brokerage and urban infill/adaptive re-use projects as well as multifamily sectors. He received his undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston with a major in Corporate Communications and earned his Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University. He previously worked for Sequence Real Estate as a licensed broker and development associate with a focus on retail and multi-family housing. Prior to that, Justin developed, owned, and operated Justin’s Café, the first retail establishment in the Navy Yard neighborhood of Washington D.C. He also developed and still co-owns The Big Stick, a restaurant and bar in the Navy Yard, two blocks from the Washington Nationals Baseball Stadium. Justin’s experience as a retail developer and business owner gives him a unique and valuable perspective when representing either landlord or tenant, and has helped him quickly adjust to the many facets of commercial real estate.
