Justin Rihs

Justin Rihs is a retail and industrial property specialist who has represented landlords, tenants, and investors throughout Arizona since March 2009. He earned his degree in Economics with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Arizona in 2000. With over 16 years of commercial leasing and sales experience, Justin’s persistence, strong work ethic, and client-focused approach allow him to build lasting relationships and deliver results. Most recently, Justin served as a Corporate Leasing Representative for Amerco Real Estate Company (the real estate arm of U-Haul), where he was recognized with CoStar’s Retail Broker of the Year award in 2023 and again in Q1 2025.
