Justin Natalizio

Justin Natalizio is a top-producing real estate broker at Compass Commercial, focusing on investment sales, partial interest/TIC sales, joint venture structuring and capital markets transactions. He has completed 30+ transactions totaling over $700,000,000 in total transaction volume. Justin has worked on complex transactions such as structuring the 99-year ground lease at 580 Broadway. He also raised $25M of preferred equity and a $35M bridge loan for the project. He has handled over 20+ tenancy in common sales across a large Midtown South office portfolio. Recently, he sold the distressed note at 34 W 28th St and structured a joint venture with the new lender and owner. During his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, Justin was honored in his first year with the Pace Setter award, an honor given to outstanding performance during a brokers’ first full year. He qualified two times for the National Achievement Award given to brokers earning more than $1.35M in gross commissions. Additionally, he was awarded the Sales Achievement Award 3 years in a row as well as the rising star award. Justin is a graduate of DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business, where he earned a degree in Finance and Real Estate. In his free time, Justin enjoys skiing, scuba diving and hiking.
