Born and raised in Waco, Texas, my real estate career began at a very early age within our family owned and operated Real Estate Investment Portfolio consisting of over 800 single & multifamily homes and 9 Manufactured Housing Communities spread across Central Texas. First licensed as a Retailer/Broker/Installer by the Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs – Manufactured Housing Division at age 17, I have an exemplary background in providing superior service with proven results, specializing in Default Servicing, Loss Mitigation, and REO Asset Disposition. As the number of defaulted Manufactured Housing assets has drastically declined in recent years, I have transitioned my primary focus towards Defaulted Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions, both pre & post foreclosure.
