Justin Long

As Vice President of Development, Justin Long is responsible for overseeing the design and construction activities for the team’s mixed-use projects. With 20+ years in commercial contracting and development, Long has refined the skill of project delivery. Prior to joining TDC, Long held development roles with Crescent Communities and Seefried Industrial Properties. Before that, Long served as VP of Development at North American Properties where he played a key role in the delivery of all phases of Avalon. Long started his career in project management with VCC, a national general contractor. Throughout his career he has managed the development of over seven million square feet of commercial space. Long earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.
