Justin Holtzman

Justin Holtzman joined the ECHO Retail team in 2013. Justin has focused on landlord and tenant representation, representing many national landlords including Kimco, the Kroenke Group, VEREIT, Tanger Outlets, and Washington Prime; and representing retail clients such as Michael’s, Five Below and Focus Brands on their expansion throughout Western Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. Prior to joining ECHO, Justin worked in the real estate departments for The Cafaro Company and Dots. He received his BSA from Kent State University, his MBA from Cleveland State University, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers where he received both his CLS and CRRP certification.
