Justin Gruendling

Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate with JLL, Justin spent nearly seven years working as a Special Warfare Combatant Craft Crewman for Naval Special Warfare based out of Little Creek Virginia. He completed two deployments as well as served as lead boat captain of a four-boat detachment. The combination of his unique skillset and experience working in complex, high-stress environments allow him to confidently approach any real estate transaction. As an associate at JLL’s Norfolk, Virginia office, Justin Gruendling represents tenants, landlords and investors in a variety of real estate transactions.
