Justin Francek

Justin Francek’s real estate career started in 2008 in Las Vegas. In 2016, he joined Colliers International. Throughout his career, he has focused mostly on Macomb and eastern Oakland County. Industrial real estate has always been his passion, and he enjoys serving his clients on the east side. This is what brought him to Pilot Property Group in 2018. He works on behalf of clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of industrial and office properties. “I use my experience and extensive market knowledge to provide strategic real estate solutions to warehouse/manufacturing and office clients, including corporate relocation, client representation, build-to-suit advisory services, acquisition, disposition, and leasing services. Everything I do is centered around gaining and keeping the client’s trust. The goal of the real estate process is to accomplish the client’s objectives financially, operationally, and qualitatively and to structure a solution that makes real estate a contributor to long-term corporate success.”
