Justin Caudill

Justin M. Caudill is a seasoned real estate professional with over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate working with both private and institutional owners. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap as an office investment specialist, Justin previously held senior capital markets and asset management leadership roles at several prominent real estate organizations including Piedmont Office Realty Trust, RCG Ventures, and IP Capital Partners. He brings extensive expertise in dispositions, acquisitions, leasing, debt management, and asset repositioning to help his clients succeed in maximizing the value of their properties. Justin is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the NAIOP Georgia chapter, and the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA). He previously served on the board of directors for NAIOP Central Florida. Justin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with honors from the University of Georgia and the real estate program at the Terry College of Business.
