Justin Arzi

Justin Arzi is a Vice President with CBRE’s Investment Properties group in the firm’s Midtown Manhattan office. In this role, Justin concentrates on the marketing and execution of commercial and residential transactions. His primary responsibilities include financial modeling, the preparation of offering memorandums, coordinating due diligence and property tours. Before joining his current team, Justin completed CBRE’s GLA/OC internship program in the Newport Beach office of the firm. He assisted a retail investments sales team in their day-to-day operations, including financial analysis, marketing and due diligence. Justin also had the opportunity to work alongside Prologis in a live, collaborative, case study project. The previous summer, Justin served as a summer financial analyst for the Terex Corporation. While at Terex, Justin worked with the FP&A group on internal reporting systems as well as investor relations efforts.
