Before founding SKYRISE, he spent time from 2013 to today focusing on residential for homeowners and his off-market acquisitions and resale of investment properties for investors’ private networks. As a property manager of large scale value-add multifamily complexes, he worked on all aspects of construction, project management, and rapid lease-up of units. Jimmy is a data-driven practitioner and represents clients with systematic and deliberate processes to execute their goals. He looks to anticipate client needs and craft customized to meet the unique challenges they face. The clientele he focuses on our sellers and landlords to actively market their properties and investors and tenants to service their real estate needs within the Greater Indianapolis market.
