Julius Smith

Julius Smith is an Associate for the NGK Net Lease Group specializing in restaurant net-lease assets. Smith graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University where he studied marketing and product design. In college, he developed a passion for creating processes that systematically connect clients to the full breadth of resources offered by a firm through its service providers, while maintaining a pleasant user experience. After graduating, he began his career with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises where he focused on establishing and growing restaurant location operations across the United States, Canada and abroad for their fastest-growing brand, Wow Bao. During his time there, the brand was twice ranked No. 1 on the nationwide Fast Casual Top 100 Movers & Shakers list.
