Julie Williams

Julie specializes in tenant representation and leasing, with an emphasis on market and data analysis, site selection, and negotiation. She represents numerous retailers with their expansion, relocation, and strategic growth throughout Chicago and surrounding suburban markets. Prior to beginning her real estate career, Julie was an attorney and represented businesses in a wide array of matters including contract disputes, foreclosures, and liens. Julie uses her legal training and experience to bring an analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach to every deal. Julie's unique perspective and multi-disciplinary approach are also informed by her background in history, as well as her experiences as a baker working in commercial kitchens, small business owner, and musician. Julie grew up in and around Chicago, and has lived, worked, and played in the city for over 20 years. Julie graduated from the University of Chicago and received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.
