Julie O'Donnell

Julie O’Donnell is a seasoned leasing professional with over 20 years of leasing experience. As Executive Director of Leasing at Big V Property Group, she leads the leasing team in overseeing the company’s Southeastern properties, which total over 4 million square feet. Before Big V Property Group, Julie held leasing positions at Faison & Associates, Kahn Development, and Foundry Commercial. Julie attended Virginia Western, holds real estate licenses in NC, SC, and VA, and is an ICSC member. When off the clock, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, grabbing a good meal, and flexing her creative muscles.
