Julie McMahan

Julie McMahan, a new partner of George McMahan Development, was born and raised in Lubbock, graduated from Frenship High School, and attended Texas Tech University for a few years. She owned and operated Four Paws Pet Resort in Lubbock for 21 years. In 2022, she decided to permanently close her business and pursue a new career in land development with her father, George McMahan. Julie has been a member of the West Texas Home Builders Association and West Texas Home Builders Auxiliary for several years. She served on many committees for the Auxiliary (now called Professional Women in Building) and served as President in 2018. Julie has been a member of Caprock Classic Car Club since 2014 and served as their secretary for 9 years. In her spare time, she enjoys participating in car and truck shows and attending Texas Tech sporting events. Julie is excited to have the opportunity to work with her father and carry on his passion for land development for years to come.
