Julie represents an existing portfolio of more than two million square feet.
After graduating from the University of Mississippi in 2006, Julie moved to Dallas, Texas where she began her real estate career at Staubach Retail. There she worked as a Licensed Transaction Coordinator on the Justice For Girls and Carter’s OshKosh accounts on a national level by helping with site selection as well as managing over 100 transactions per year. A couple of years after she moved to Colorado with her husband, she joined Legend Partners in 2013 to expand her real estate platform. There she worked with a variety of different tenants and landlords such as: Altar’d State, BMC Development, Bentall Kennedy, Brookfield, Floyd’s Barbershop, Hines, Hurts Donuts, Kimco, L&B Realty, Madison Reed Color Bar, PF Chang’s, Shea Properties, SoulCycle, Urban Air, Vestar, and Western Development. She represented an existing portfolio of more than two million square feet containing some of the highest profile and well-known projects in Colorado. Julie joined the SullivanHayes team to further her career and to help more clients achieve their retail goals!
