Julie Cord

Born and raised in the Wood River Valley, Julie feels fortunate to call one of the most beautiful places on earth her home. Julie attended her elementary schooling locally, received her BA with a major in Communications and minors in Business and Philosophy, and moved back home shortly thereafter. After settling and starting her family, she decided to get her real estate license. With time in the industry, Julie and three friends opened the doors to Legacy Group in 2010. She obtained her broker’s license in 2012, and as the designated broker/owner of Legacy Group, she has contributed to its ongoing success as an independent, locally owned and operated, real estate brokerage.
