Julian is a chartered town planner and chartered planning and development surveyor and leads Montagu Evans Planning and Development team in London. He has twenty years experience in the private sector and is a member of the BCSC. He has particular expertise in dealing with complex large scale town centre regeneration projects throughout the country for landowners, bank, developers, property companies and funds.
