Julia is a Retail Services Division Member of Colliers International’s Honolulu office. Her experience in commercial real estate was shaped by her internship at Colliers, where she gained hands-on experience in market research, client engagement, and lease negotiations, laying a strong foundation in the field. With expertise in business, international relations, and human resource management, she excels in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and organization while adapting to diverse and high-pressure environments. Accomplishments: Julia’s background in human resource management and customer service has refined her ability to build relationships, anticipate client needs, and the ability to assess business risk. As a former student-athlete, Julia developed strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, reinforcing her ability to thrive in dynamic settings. Committed to fostering positive change, she values diversity and inclusion and brings a global perspective to every professional endeavor. She has achieved significant success in athletics, earning numerous awards and championships through her involvement in women’s water polo. Recognized for her exceptional academic performance and leadership, Julia was honored with the 2024 Business Night Special Senior in Human Resource Management Award, acknowledging her contributions to both her academic institution and the broader community. Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Julia is passionate about travel, exploring new cuisines, and fashion.
