Julia Mulcahy

As director of property management for Interface Properties, Julia Mulcahy oversees the daily operations of the firm’s portfolio of multifamily, affordable and off-campus student housing communities. She brings nearly a decade of experience in leasing, distressed turnarounds, renovations, marketing, and day-to-day operations, and manages a lean, high-performing team that delivers exceptional results for residents and financial stakeholders. Julia launched her property management career during college, working as a community assistant for an off-campus student housing community. After graduation, she spent two years with RAM Partners, advancing from leasing agent to assistant property manager before joining Interface Properties in 2020. Since then, she has played a key role in the firm’s transition into the multifamily space, and her deep experience with leasing and resident-focused operations continues to inform and strengthen Interface’s acquisition strategy.
