Judy Athari grew up driving from Ohio to visit relatives and fell in love with the sparkling blue waters of Florida's Gulf Coast. Now she lives, works, and plays in an area that supports her favorite hobbies of birding, nature photography, and fitness. Through her hospitality sales career, and partnering with local tourism agencies, she has been promoting Sarasota and Manatee Counties for twenty years. Her proactive approach, tenacious work ethic, and friendly personality have earned her multiple national Marriott sales awards and recognition. Her local volunteer experience includes leading a local athletic scholarship program and mentoring elementary school kids in a summer reading program. She also served several years as a Board Member of the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance, providing her with a firsthand look into the development of one of the country's fastest-growing master-planned communities that she now represents.
