Judith Neighoff

Judith brings more than 35 years of real estate expertise to Hyatt Commercial, closing over $76M in transactions since joining the group. Her diverse experience includes representing unique property types such as commercial waterfronts, historic buildings, multi-family assets, office buildings, retail centers, land development sites, and industrial properties. Before joining Hyatt Commercial, Judith owned and operated LL Construction and Property Management, holding a Maryland Home Improvement License. She oversaw the redevelopment of distressed properties, new construction projects, and property management operations. Acting as general contractor gave her deep knowledge of building and zoning codes, landlord-tenant relations, financial project evaluation, risk management, and land use—skills she leverages today to deliver value to her clients. She is a licensed Broker in Florida and focuses on the Palm Beach County area.

  Judith graduated from the Merrick School of Business at the University of Baltimore in 2016 with a BS in Real Estate and Economic Development. She is also alumni of Martin Spaulding HS and has an Associated Arts Degree in Accounting from BCCC.
