Judy is originally from the Midwest and relocated to Sarasota with her family as a teenager. Her family has been in the Sarasota area since the 1950"s and going on to 6 generations here! Judy has been in the real estate business since 2005. She primarily works within Sarasota, Charlotte, and DeSoto counties, but has assisted in other areas of Florida. Judy will gladly incorporate her knowledge & the love to travel throughout Florida into finding or selling properties anywhere in the state. She has the background in residential, commercial properties and vacant land. Judy has exemplary customer service and maintains strong relations with her clients. Certified Buyers agent since 2010 and also certified as a Pricing Strategy Advisor. She received the educational certification for a Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist which gave her an edge in the times of everchanging markets, being flexible in the real estate business is a must. Judy has a keen knowledge of the local area that she loves and have lived in since 1970. Traveling around Florida is still very exciting to her! She lived in Sarasota for 30 years, graduating from Sarasota High School & then moved to Englewood in 2000, keeping her residency in Sarasota County.
