Juan is a seasoned real estate executive with experience negotiating transactions in Canada and internationally across multiple asset classes and industries. His expertise includes portfolio management, asset management, site selection, and retail networks expansion and optimization. Juan’s transaction management experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations of assets ranging from 800 to 200,000+ SF in the retail, office and industrial asset classes. In his career, Juan had the opportunity to lead teams in all aspects of real estate operations including transaction management, lease administration, construction, design, and facilities management which provides him with a thorough understanding of real estate assets’ life cycle. Juan is a licensed real estate Salesperson in the Province of Ontario, a BS in Economics, and he has an MBA from The Richard Ivey School of Business. He is a member of ICSC and ULI.
