JT Walsh

J.T. Walsh graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming with a BS in Industrial Education. He continued his education at Southern New Hampshire University, completing the Athletic Administration program and coaching curriculum. In addition to his experience in athletics and coaching, J.T. has an extensive business and community leadership background. He served on the Coalition Committee to build a new high school in Laramie, the Chamber of Commerce (Vice President), First Christian Church (Trustee), and currently on the University of Wyoming Cowboy Joe Club Board of Directors. He is the Associate Broker/Owner of Real Estate 1, a commercial/residential/property management company. During his career, he has been involved in real estate development, sales and listings, new construction, and property management. He was a key stakeholder in recent Laramie developments including the Eastridge Subdivision, Thaxton Subdivision, and Steamboat Ridge. He has sold numerous existing homes and several investment properties, built residential homes and multifamily units in Wyoming, and manages over 700 apartments and homes in Laramie. The Walsh family is also highly involved in ranching and oil in the state of Wyoming. J.T. continues to use his development, real estate, and fundraising skills to build relationships in the community. J.T. shares his passion for real estate with his wife, Haley, and their four sons.
