J.R. Moore has over 20 years of experience as a Retail Services professional. He specializes in tenant representation, retail leasing, investment sales and shopping center development. His tenacity and sense of urgency have earned him the respect of many national, regional and local tenants and developers. J.R. leads the Tenant Representation sector of the team which specializes in large-scale rollouts throughout UT and Idaho. Known for his attention to detail and market knowledge, J.R. is able to keep his clients up to date with the ever-changing economic environment. J.R. has based his career on the knowledge that tenants, developers, landlords and investors must be able to trust and rely on a sales professional to act in their best interest. He believes that building strong relationships is the key to success. Throughout his career J.R.’s experience has included representing tenants on local and national levels. He has been influential in the ground-up development and leasing of new neighborhood and regional shopping centers, and has experience with the disposition and investment sale of retail properties.
