JP Weldon

JP Weldon is a Managing Director at Newmark following Newmark's acquisition of McCall & Almy. He advises a wide variety of healthcare, life science and academic organizations on their real estate strategy and transactions. JP is focused on strategic leasing, capital markets advisory, development underwriting, due diligence, leasing, portfolio management and acquisition/disposition services for Newmark's healthcare and life science clients. He is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association, Real Estate Finance Association, and NAIOP Massachusetts in addition to serving as the Membership Chair of the United Way Emerging Leaders Board.
