JP McArdle began his investment real estate career in 2020 and even in that very challenging marketplace environment, managed to close on a 110,000 SF warehouse/industrial property in CT within his first 3 months. JP’s early success was not surprising considering his intelligent, thoughtful, and focused approach of targeting and analyzing opportunities for his clients. His ultimate goal is to develop long term reliable relationships through providing dedicated, honest and professional guidance to his client base. JP focuses on industrial investment advisory and develops creative, realistic and data driven strategies to maximize client’s investment needs and profitability. JP has had an interest in business as long as he can remember, often working in his father’s NYC office and learning about real estate ventures and business in a variety of ways. JP studied finance at the College of Charleston and joined the Select team in 2020 upon graduation. JP’s initial success has continued with numerous sale transactions, all based upon his client driven focus and commitment. JP is clearly passionate about real estate and is always eager to broaden both his depth of knowledge and experience. Outside the office JP is an avid surfer and loves to travel with friends and family.
