JP started his commercial real estate career in 2001 specializing in industrial leasing and sales in the San Francisco Peninsula market. He has leased and sold over 2,000,000 square feet in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a Bay Area native, JP has established relationships with major clients including the U.S. Postal Service, Orkin, Prologis, DCT Industrial, Forest Restaurant Supply, NowPak and Roadex America. JP holds a BA from San Francisco State University. He has been a top broker in San Mateo County since 2002. He has sold and leased over 2 million square feet and $800 million worth of industrial and investment properties in the Bay Area and across the United States. JP is a member of the Olympic Club in San Francisco. In his free time he enjoys fishing, playing basketball, golfing, traveling and spending time with his friends.
