Joyce Mennella

Joyce Mennella, Licensed Real Estate Broker, is a founder and co-owner of Lucky to Live Here Realty. Born and raised in the Huntington harbor area, she brings a passion for real estate, knowledge of the area and technical skills to the table. Real Estate has been her passion since she obtained her initial real estate license at age 18. When Joyce joined Elena in 2011, she added a tremendous skill set to the table. Joyce brings a wealth of knowledge about mortgage banking, finance and real estate property management to the team. As a trusted adviser and advocate, she knows finding the right house or right buyer is sometimes just the beginning. Completing the deal requires skill, creativity and a deep knowledge of the process and rules. And a little patience and a sense of humor never hurt!
