Offering over 30 years of real estate expertise in San Franciso and Western New York. Joy has represented major developers, small independent companies and individual investors. She has held pivotal positions with Bank of America, Physicians Realty Trust, Unity Investment Medical Properties and Healthpeak. Joy oversaw the leasing and management of Clinton Crossings - the largest medical office complex in the Greater Rochester Area. Clinton Crossings is comprised of nine Class A medical office buildings, half a million square feet of leasable space and supports over 40 practices. Prior to that, she served over 16 years with Benderson Development Company, LLC as Associate Director of Leasing and Building Services, where she successfully leased over 150,000 SF at the Five Star Bank Building (formerly known as HSBC Plaza), Eastgate Square and numerous outlying retail properties. Her expertise in medical, office and investment properties has given her clients an edge over their competition. Joy’s value is in providing “the whole picture.” The financial impact of each lease deal is presented to the client whether it’s an investment, new-build or renovated space. Her unique expertise in medical leasing has resulted in strong relationships with the University of Rochester Medical Center and Rochester Regional Health. Joy is also an active member of the Monroe County Medical Society offering leasing and real estate guidance for independent practices. Joy’s well-rounded real estate experience in major and secondary markets has earned her a reputation in the Rochester market as “tough but good.”
