Josiah Byrnes
Executive Vice President, Capital Markets
Josiah Byrnes serves as Vice President of Embree Capital Markets Group, Inc., where he helps guide the formation and execution of diversified real estate capital structures and investment strategies for individual, institutional, and international investors, developers, and tenants. Prior to joining Embree Capital Markets Group in 2010, Josiah served as a sales director with several national real estate syndicators, including Cole Real Estate Investments, Bluerock Real Estate, and CBC Worldwide, where he participated in sales of securitized §1031 Exchange offerings, non-traded REITs, and various opportunistic debt and private equity funds in excess of $1 billion of total capitalized value. Josiah also previously served as a personal financial analyst for a subsidiary of Citigroup, where he assisted clients with insurance, mortgage, and investment solutions. Josiah holds an active Arizona real estate license and is a member of various industry associations and philanthropic organizations.
