Josh joined Delray Ventures in 2021 and serves as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Josh is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and capitalization of all residential projects. He also assists in the management of equity and debt relationships. Before Delray Ventures, Josh was a Director – Acquisitions for Dominion Realty Partners where he developed multi-family, office, and mixed-use projects and started his own investment company focused on self-storage. Josh has spent most of his career as an investment banker with Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, Wells Fargo Securities and has executed over $15 billion of debt, equity and M&A transactions. Josh earned undergraduate and MBA degrees from UNC Chapel Hill.
