Joshua Sebesta

Josh Sebesta is a native Texan and partner with S&P Interests who specializes in buyer/tenant representation and investment sales. The first six years of Josh’s career were spent as a leasing agent & tenant representative with a boutique industrial firm, followed by twelve years leasing grocery anchored shopping centers for United Equities, Inc. During these 18 years Josh cultivated relationships with clients that he continues to serve today, taking great pride in the longevity and loyalty he shares with a variety of investors, retailers, and restaurateurs. Having represented both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer sides for many years has uniquely positioned Josh to assist his clients with an abundance of experience for any transaction. In addition to brokerage responsibilities, Josh helps with management of the investment and tenant representation teams at S&P Interests. Josh and his wife have two daughters, Anneleise and Maya. In his spare time Josh enjoys fishing, hunting & traveling.
