Over the course of more than two decades, Joshua has established a reputation for delivering data-driven solutions, with a strong emphasis on investor partnerships, infrastructure analysis, and complex transaction structuring. In 2024, Joshua joined EXIT Realty Premier and co-founded Rose Rock Commercial Group alongside Bo Martin, creating a robust platform for commercial brokerage and investment services. In 2025, he launched Rose Rock Property Management, expanding the firm’s capabilities to provide comprehensive oversight for residential and commercial portfolios.
