Joshua McIntire

Mr. McIntire is a skilled professional with experience in commercial real estate, residential real estate, client servicing, customer relations, quantitative analysis, scenario analysis, real estate investments, management, valuation, auditing, and system design. He has been involved in multiple start-up ventures, implementing development and sourcing seed capital. Mr. McIntire brings accomplishments from Merrill Lynch and Wilshire Associates, with relations in consulting, finance, asset management, financial analysis, marketing, technology, networking, and leadership. As a Senior Analyst, he helped pioneer the development of a global investment performance standardized (GIPS) composite software. As an Analyst, he consulted for CalPERS, United States Army, United States Air Force, United States Navy, Dallas Employee Retirement Fund, and the City of Houston, a total portfolio value of over $480 billion. Mr. McIntire is currently CEO for the Public Safety Assistance Foundation (a California Non-Profit 501.c3). Mr. McIntire is an active Triathlete and Rescue Diver. He is a Big Brother with BBBS and is a student advisor for the e-Business Academy. He has his BA in Finance from San Diego State University, is a member of the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Program, Investment Real Estate Management (IREM), Toastmasters International, International Council of Shopping Centers, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, & SDSU Alumni Association.
