With more than fifteen years of experience, Josh brings an award winning track record of performance in office and industrial representation, corporate strategic planning, transaction management, site selection, financial modeling, cost and occupancy studies and portfolio management. Prior to joining Moody Rambin, Josh spent seven years with UGL Services developing new local business and managing several regional and national accounts, including a large disposition account for a regional bank and a 140 property portfolio for a Fortune 500 company.
