As a CRE Advisor and Broker, I make it my mission to help business owners and investors alike nurture their companies, expand their visions, and grow their aspiring empires.  While I offer my expertise and extensive knowledge base to Sellers, Buyers, Tenants, and Landlords across the board, I get the most fulfillment from partnering with local business owners and budding investors to take the weight of the often-nuanced leasing and commonly stressful purchase process off their shoulders.  My goal is to keep your CRE experience simplified, without cruising past often overlooked benefits and important considerations that will help ensure your company or portfolio remains healthy, profitable, and protected. 9 times out of 10, walking in without a dedicated CRE pro in your corner unnecessarily leaves incentives on the table; further costing you precious time, money, and mental bandwidth that could be better applied elsewhere in your business and on your family. My main vocation may be in Real Estate Investments and Leasing, but I have acquired an extensive amount of knowledge and fostered deep connections to effectively assist in any area of your business.  I can advise on, or point you in the right direction for, construction, accounting, marketing, insurance, labor, development, legal, operations, and everything in between.  If your Officiant calls off on the day of your wedding, rest assured, I have you covered there, too. After growing up on the westside of Columbus, I've been a Clintonville resident for 12+ years now and love this community and the people in it.  As a former Member of the CABA Board and active Member of the South-Western City Schools Career Advisory Board, I believe in the "it takes a village" mentality.  I have been fortunate to meet, work with, and partner with a ton of amazing people and inspiring community leaders, not only in my real estate endeavors, but in many different walks of life.  Between my time in community finance, growing my former moving company, serving on several non-profit and educational boards, overseeing commercial and residential property portfolios -- such as Clintonville's historic Olentangy Village Shoppes and Apartments -- and working with businesses and investors to solidify their legacies, I have seen and learned more than I sometimes care to remember.  I never forget one thing, though, that I'm here to help in any way I can.
